  1. Understanding Your Needs

We discuss your activities, priorities and reference images, then review the available information about the space. Together, we define its functional requirements.

  2. Planning and Approving the Layout

We plan furniture positions, access routes and activity areas, then check how well the layout supports their functions. You approve the layout before we develop the design concept.

  3. Developing and Approving the Design

We develop form, materials, colours, finishes and lighting, then explain them through plans and sketches. Your feedback guides design refinements. Concept approval is required before production preparation. Changes that affect the spatial arrangement return to layout review.

  4. Preparing for Production

We agree on the scope of production and installation, check key dimensions on site, and prepare production drawings and specifications. You confirm the production package and relevant samples. Production begins after the required approvals and internal checks are complete.

  5. Making, Checking and Delivering

We procure materials, make the agreed items, and check their quality and function. Substitute materials require approval before use. Products are packed and delivered after product checks and site-readiness checks are complete.

  6. Installing and Handing Over

We install and check the work, then review the result with you and explain its care. Outstanding work is recorded. The project is closed after you accept the result and outstanding work is completed or removed from the scope by written agreement.
